Curbside Pickup

 FREE Curbside Pickup is now available from our San Francisco and Los Angeles locations.

Although an item may be available online that does not guarantee it will be available for pickup at a specific location. Once you are at the checkout page the shipping options will let you know if your item is in stock at a particular outlet.

SF Store Hours: 11 - 6PM (Everyday)

LA Store Hours: 11 - 4PM (Everyday)

Once you place an order allow 1-3 days for processing. You will receive a notification as soon as it's ready for pickup. Please pickup your order with 7-10 business days of placing it.

Free Curbside Returns are also now available! You can return to any outlet as long as it's within 7 days of the delivery day. If you need a refresher on our return policy check HERE.

When you drop off a return item try to keep it in the original packaging, tags on and leave a note with thee order number and whether you would like a refund or store credit. For safety reasons all orders will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive an email confirmation as soon as it's complete.
