RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Online orders can be returned for store credit, exchange, or refund within14 days of delivery date and should be processed through our online returns portal. If you are returning your order for store credit or exchange, we cover return shipping costs. If you are returning your order for refund, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your purchase was made with a gift card the funds will be returned to the same gift card number, no exceptions.

  • In store purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase date. In store purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange only. In store purchases are not eligible to be returned for refund. Returned items must have original tags and be in new and sellable condition.

  • International orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. International orders can be returned for refund or store credit only, we can not facilitate exchanges internationally. All international returns should be processed through our online returns portal. Nooworks does not provide international return shipping labels nor do we cover shipping costs associated with international returns.

  • We are happy to process any online purchases for return in store! Our 14 day return window still applies, just make sure you have your order number in hand and our friendly store associates will get you all taken care of.

  • We allow one exchange per sale, so once an exchange order has been placed that exchange item is only then eligible to be returned for store credit or refund. When processing a return for an exchange order make sure to enter the entire exchange order number, your order number should read“EXCHANGE-XXXXX-1

    We offer two methods of exchanging your order. If you submit a return for an Instant Exchange your exchange order will be processed immediately, guaranteeing you will receive the item you’re exchanging for. An Instant Exchange requires a temporary hold placed on your credit card. This hold is automatically released as soon as your return parcel is scanned by USPS en route back to us. You have 14 days from the date you process your instant exchange to drop your return package off with USPS. If your return package has not been scanned by USPS after 14 days you will be charged for the exchange item that has already shipped out. We strongly recommend getting a receipt from USPS when dropping off your return package. 

    You can also submit your return for a Non-Instant Exchange which means your exchange order process and ship once your return package has arrived back to us and been processed. This leaves the possibility that the item you selected for exchange might sell out before your return is processed and your exchange order is created.

  • Your refund or store credit is issued as soon as your return is manually processed by our team. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of their delivery date to our warehouse. Please allow the full 3-day processing window before contacting us regarding your refund or store credit. 

  • Every item you return must be processed through our online return portal. So if you have two separate orders and would like to return them both and ship them back in one package, you may do so but you will still need to process each return separately online, and then place the second shipping label inside the package with the corresponding return items. 

  • Returned items must have original tags and be in new sellable condition. Any products that are returned with signs of wear or damage are subject to a 20% cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Examples of damage include excessive pilling, pet hair, deodorant or other staining. 

  • If you are returning for refund and your return total is over $1,000, your return is subject to a 7% restocking fee.

  • Our return policy is a little different during sale events, so please read carefully to avoid any surprises: All Mystery Sale items and anything from our Sale Section are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.20% Off Items:Items purchased at 20% off during our sale can be returned for store credit or exchange only. No refunds.

  • You may process a return for a gift through this linkhttps://return.nooworks.com/#/gift. A prepaid label will be generated. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Nooworks digital gift card

SHIPMENTS
  • We process and ship orders Monday- Friday, wedo not ship on weekends. Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days from your order date, you will receive shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order is fulfilled by our team.

    We have two shipping options:

    USPS Priority mail - $92-5 business days 

    UPS Ground - cost calculated at checkout5-7 business days 

    ** While UPS ground shipping is usually more expensive, selecting UPS does not mean you are selecting expedited shipping. We have this option for addresses that may have difficulties with USPS deliveries, we have found USPS 2-day Priority to be the fastest shipping method.

    Once the package has left our hands, we are not responsible for any delays within the USPS system and cannot guarantee shipping times.

  • Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we are no longer able to make changes to your order details. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your shipping address, please emailinfo@nooworks.comas soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate updates before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the email is sent.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders as our packages are often shipping from multiple locations and our team is working hard to get as many orders out the door as we can everyday and orders.

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations due to inventory availability. When this happens, a shipping fee is charged per shipping location (or “outlet”), not per order. This allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible, even if they are coming from different places.

  • We ship worldwide using DHL or UPS International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. All duties and taxes are calculated in advance and included in the total shipping fee shown at checkout.

  • We offer shipping protection for a flat fee of $3.49 Shipping Protection covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If something goes wrong on the way to you, we’ll make it right.

    How It Works

    If your package experiences a shipping issue, email us at info@nooworks.com and we’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement item or store credit, depending on inventory availability.

    Important Notes

    • Coverage applies once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the shipping carrier’s hands.
    • Shipping Protection must be selected at checkout.
    • If Shipping Protection is declined, Nooworks is not responsible for carrier-related issues after shipment.
    • Replacement or store credit will not be issued until 21 days after the order confirmation date to allow for shipping carrier delays.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, our Shipping Protection policy applies if Shipping Protection was selected at checkout. Orders with Shipping Protection are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the terms of that coverage.

    If Shipping Protection was declined at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. In these cases, customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim or locate the package, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

    Please note that carrier delays do happen. If tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, we ask that you allow the full carrier delivery window before contacting us.

  • There are real humans quality checking, packing and shipping you orders, and sometimes mistakes do happen! But please don’t worry, we will get you taken care of asap! Just email info@nooworks.com to explain the issue and we will get your order sorted out right away!

  • In an effort to reduce clothing waste, we’ve partnered with a third-party resale platform called Treet. Through this partnership, we offerFull Circle, a dedicated space for Nooworks customers to buy and sell gently used Nooworks pieces. When you sell a Nooworks item through Full Circle, you’ll receive a Nooworks gift card to use toward something new on our site.   • There is an individual size chart for each style on each product page. We suggest comparing your personal measurements or the measurements of a well fitting garment in your closet to the size chart to see which size you fall under. Please note that the size chart measurements are taken flat off the body so do not account for stretch. 

  • Specific care instructions for each item can be found on the product page under the Content & Care dropdown. Because our textiles and prints vary by style and fabrication, we always recommend referencing the individual product’s care details first.In general, to help preserve color, print, and overall garment life, we recommend hand washing with a gentle detergent and line drying whenever possible. This minimizes wear and helps maintain the vibrancy of the fabric.For Rayon garments: Due to the lightweight and delicate nature of rayon, we recommend dry clean only. We strongly encourage using a green dry cleaning facility, or one that avoids PERC and other toxic chemicals, whenever possible.

  • Nooworks is a limited run, small production business, which means our products do sell out. Don’t worry, if something you love is sold out in your size there is always a chance it will come back in from a return or be restocked. Sign up for restock notifications under the “Notify Me” button on the product page so you’ll be the first to know if your item is restocked!
