Returns and Exchanges

For in-store purchases

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item in store.
Returns for in-store purchases will be processed for store credit only.

For online orders
You have 7 days from your order delivery date to drop your return off with USPS.
All garments must be unworn and in new sellable condition in order to be accepted for return or exchange.

Discounted items will not be refunded. They are eligible only for exchange or return for store credit.
Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. We offer some deep discounts and you just gotta take the gamble.

Looking to Exchange?

How our return system works if you would like a different size or item, is you can submit your return for store credit to place a new order for the item you are looking for!
Once your return package has arrived and been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit gift card code to use at checkout on your next order. Since unfortunately we cannot reserve items for online exchanges for inventory purposes, if you are worried about your item selling out before your return package arrives, you can always return for refund and place a new order right away. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

We strive to reply to all emails within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that we are a small business with a small (but mighty!) team. If for any reason we do not reply promptly, hold tight! An extension to your return window can be made if needed due to our delay.
